Rental Policies & Important Information
The following is a summary of planned rental terms. Final terms and charges will be presented for review before a confirmed booking.
Security Deposits
A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. Your deposit will be returned after the rental equipment is inspected, less any applicable charges for damage, missing items, fuel, cleaning, or other charges permitted under your rental agreement.
Early Returns
Returning your rental early does not qualify for a refund of unused rental time.
Rental Extensions
Need more time? Request an extension before your scheduled return time. Extensions are subject to supplier approval and any additional charges must be approved and paid before the extension is confirmed.
Cancellations & Refunds
Planned cancellation fees: free cancellation more than 48 hours before the rental; 25% of the rental charge for cancellations 24–48 hours before; and 50% for cancellations less than 24 hours before. Any applicable fee will be shown before booking. Security deposits are refundable when equipment has not been released, subject to applicable law and agreed terms.
Weather-Related Cancellations
Qualifying severe or unsafe weather that prevents safe or reasonable use may allow cancellation without an AllRental Finder cancellation fee. Eligible customers may choose a refund or rescheduling, subject to supplier agreements, availability, and applicable law.
Fuel & Equipment Return
Fuel-powered equipment must be returned with the same fuel level as received. Any shortfall may result in a refueling charge and disclosed service fee. Customers must use the correct fuel type. Equipment and rental items should be returned in the condition received, allowing for normal wear and tear.
